Prolan Sp. z o.o. has been operating on the Polish market for 30 years. The company was launched in 1992 and from the beginning of it’s activity it has been focused on the business support system.
We specialize in the use and implementation of basic ERP systems supporting the management of enterprises and public institutions. Company’s basic element is the fully available Prolan ERP and Prolan_IASF package based on Oracle's database platform (the world leader in database technology). The ERP system is complemented by CRM and the Oracle Business Intelligence analytical tool intended for data warehouses. To support sales and electronic communication, the company uses modern technologies, including digital signature, e-invoices, e-notes, B2B, supported services, e-declarations and Contractor/Beneficiary Portals.
Using the latest technology and expert knowledge in management, finances, accountancy, trade, HR and pay specialists the company offers professional services, rapid development of functionality and allows to adapt to constantly changing law regulations and service care.
Prolan’s main goal is to provide industrial solutions meeting the business requirements that are crucial to our customers. Prolan is the creator of several innovative products for dairy processing establishment, Provincial Funds for Environmental Protection and Water Management, production and commercial products, scientific and research institutes, Regional Development Agencies and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Integrated Management System is elastic in defining documents workflow and financial structures. What distinguishes Prolan’s software from other softwares is the strong emphasis for automatic accounting settlements and the creation of automatic distribution lists and accounting decrees along with every level of document control and source data registration. The system is able to eliminate multiple entries of the same data. One enterprise-wide database allows reporting according to specific parameters.

The "Employee portal" is a new web application created to optimize the process of request for leave, pass applications and holiday plans. Employees receive a tool that allows them to submit an application in a quick and easy way, track the current status of an already submitted application and view historical data.
The "Payment application processing" module is a functionality that meets the requirements of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) in the scope of service under the "Clean Air" priority program.
Introduction of an IT system based on modern IT technologies (reliability, security, integrated Database throughout the enterprise, connection to the Internet, integration with external services - Web Service).
